Lan Ha - Ha Long Bay - Dau Be island 2D/1N from Cat Ba in less touristy areas.

Beautiful area, kayaking and swimming was fun, good food, good accommodations, and Tony was a great and informative tour guide.

Monkeys on the cajak tour, sunrise. Small group, super guide, food and time to relax . Very comfortable cabin.

I absolutely loved the tour. The sights were incredible, especially the sunset and sunrise on the deck. I cannot compare them to a more classic Halong Bay tour, since I haven't done one, but the nature we saw was gorgeous and looked untouched. The swimming and kayaking was very enjoyable, we also didn't see many other boats. It felt private and unique. The food was tasty and abundant, and the guide Danny was amazing, very attentive and knowledgeable, responding to every question and giving us context for everything we saw. The rooms were also nice and spacious. As a solo traveler, I shared a room with another traveler (you can pay an additional fee for a private room as a solo traveler). As some comments noted, there are a few transfers on the tour, but they are all really well organized. All in all, I would reccommend it to all lovers of beautiful nature who don't want to get stuck on a gigantic boat with a large group.

The trip was well organized and the staff of "catba adventures" was very attentive (Thank you again for helping me with the wallet :) ). We were 2 days in the middle of the natural park, away from the majority of other tourist groups. We paddled with our kayaks through small holes into hidden lagoons and also visited some beaches. We also saw a monkey climbing, it was a great experience! The food was good, and the room was big and comfortable, with our own bathroom (the big window was on the bed side was perfect for watching the landscape) And our guide was also very attentive and informative during the 2 days (thank you Ben), giving us a lot of explanations about the surroundings, farmers, animals, etc. For me the landscape in general and kayaking away from the crowded areas were the highlights in this trip, and I would recommend it 100%.

Had a great time with our guide Ben! Got to visit some more less travelled areas of the bay to see amazing lagoons and views. The accommodation was also great, nice bed and all the bathroom facilities you would need. Would recommend for anyone looking for a great trip!
