Luxury in the bay
A truly spectacular experience exploring the gorgeous Ha long bay islands. The excursions were very good led by Dan, who was an excellent guide! had a wonderful time.

Absolutely incredible
We knew that Ha Long Bay is beautiful, but what made this trip special was the people who provided this trip. From the time of booking to the time of farewell, my husband and I enjoyed every minute of it. Wanted to give special thanks to Jessica who took care of our booking. We had some issues with the original room assignment, but she resolved it quickly for us. The tour manager Tim was helpful and provided a lot of valuable information during all the activities. And the crew members were welcoming and kind. The boat was well equipped and clean. And our room was absolutely beautiful. Can’t say enough to express our appreciation to everyone involved.

Fraud
The cruise we have booked was NOT this. the name of our cruise was "Top 1 Ha Long-Lan Ha bay Luxury 5 star cruise operated by LUX cruises". But this was "LA CASTA REGAL CRUISE"????? The cruise itinerary was entirely different. We have chosen a cruise having lots of caves visits Such as hang luon, dark and light, thien canh, sung sot cave. But, sorry to say that this cruise have not taken us to even a single cave.
It seems a fraud with us. We have also enquired about this with the cruise manager Mr SON. He was a very nice person but refused to attend our request and told us that they do not have any cave visit schedule.
We sincerely request. for. a REFUND of our money and lodge a serious complaint with the operating company that why a tourist is denied of what he has booked ??????????

Thoroughly recommend this Halong Bay Cruise to Bai Tu Lan
A really great Halong Bay cruise to Bai Tu Lan. The boat was tip top, the staff were all brilliant, the food was yummy and we saw all the best bits! Our fantastic cruise guide, Ha, made everything great fun ….. from kayaking past the fishing village to the squid fishing and sunrise tai chi session. This cruise is not to be missed!
