Very nice boat, crew, and activities. Can really recommend. Very high standard on everything for a good price.

The pick up from our hotel was easy and comfortable. On the boat, our chief host, Vinny, was charming, funny and knowledgeable, and the rest of the service staff were warm and very accomodating for my partner's vegetarian requirements. The activities (traditional row boat tour through stunning caves and bays, kayaking and swimming) were well spaced and in great locations. Even the band seemed to know exactly what they were doing, creating good vibes without being cringe or overpowering. I would thoroughly recommend this boat and its team!

Perfect from start to end. The driver who picked up our group of 3 was so kind and even made sure to get a bigger vehicle for on the way back as we was a bit squashed on the way there. Bella and the rest of crew on Jade sails were so helpful, informational and made us feel relaxed. Definitely one of our top highlights of our trip to Vietnam and if you’re hesitating on which tour to pick from for ha long bay, pick this one. You don’t feel rushed, your barley see any other boats so you feel like the bay is yours alone and overall it’s a fantastic experience, not to mention we loved happy hour ^^.

First we were picked up in a luxury van with WiFi. On arrival at dock nice atmosphere. Music playing as we boarded. Many activities on board. Liked that they leave early so we were ahead of other ships. Went to great locations not on every other itinerary. Ship clean. Staff very friendly and professional. Their English was excellent. Food was good. Would definitely recommend.
