CozyBay Cruise-The Best Small Group 2D/1N inHalong-All inclusive

Nice trip and was well organized. It was a little cheaper than other similar tours but I was pleased with it. Food, activities, lodging, transportation was all good. I would recommend this tour.

I was really disappointed with this tour. The experience felt dull, especially in the evening—there was no entertainment or atmosphere to make it enjoyable. Some flexibility in the itinerary would have been nice, like spending more or less time at certain stops. For example, being left on a beach for 30 minutes when it's 15 - 18°C wasn’t ideal. The biggest letdown was the room. It looked nothing like the photos, and there was no option to change it, despite bringing it up with the guide. Waking up to people right outside my window and not knowing if someone was standing on the tender boat while I was showering was uncomfortable and ruined the experience. To make things worse, the tender boat was parked right in front of my trip the entire journey. On the positive side, the staff was great and did their best to make us feel welcome. The food was good, and there were plenty of drink options (though a bit pricey, which is understandable given the location). However, the timing coordination between the bus transportation (Hanoi ↔ Halong Bay) and the ferry was poor, leaving us waiting for a long time at the bus stop. Overall, I honestly wish I hadn't done this tour. If you're considering Halong Bay, I’d recommend going with a bigger cruise to ensure a more enjoyable experience.

The tour is very complete, we visited beautiful sites. However, the boat was very poor, it needs maintenance. The heater did not work well, we could not open and close the door to the exterior terrace. The roller curtains did not roll up so we had to roll the manually and tied them up with a rope. The staff was willing to help us with this issues but could obviously could not solve them. The boat driver and cook were very nice but the tour guide James even though he spoke good English and was clear, he was quite unkind.

It was incredible. Guide was super nice! Thanks for this team! Food was really good! All activities also nice! Halong bay was super nice.

The picture of the tour description doesn’t match the reality (rooms) On the description you see a large , bright room with windows and the reality is a tiny room with no windows and a strange smell I felt deceived by a fake propaganda Even the bus that brings you to the harbour has more then 30 years
