No Skip the Line
The puppet show itself was really great! We very much enjoyed it. The skip the line aspect of the ticket is non-existent. There are no signs to indicate the skip the line and we only got our tickets a few minutes before the show started even though we were in line 30 minutes before.

Don’t do it. Go direct
Great show but go direct… it’s only £6 per person. There is no ‘jumping the queue’ … no 10 minutes tours after the show. Viator is a total rip off

Viator is so convenient and trustworthy!
Using Viator to book my ticket was easy, as well as convenient. They sent me a conformation email. I showed up at the assigned time, showed my confirmation email to the young lady at ticket booth. She called over to a guy who had my physical ticket with my name on it. He handed it to me and I walked right in. Viator is a well-oiled machine with one more happy customer.

Take it or leave it experience.
Not what I expected but it was different. Mixed thoughts. Would not say it's a must on a visit to Hanoi.

Don't bother booking VIP tickets.
The show was actually great, but the one star was because I had booked this activity a year ago as VIP TICKETS. There is nothing VIP about it so don't waste your money. The seating was absolutely disgusting when you pay for VIP seats.
I believe the Tour company get the money for VIP tickets from Viator, but then just books standard tickets.
