Great local experience
This was an amazing experience. I went by myself in the afternoon.
We spent time exploring the markets, looking at local produce and learning a lot about the foods we were going to use.
The kitchen was perfect, and the set-up (utensils, produce measured, clean) made things so easy and fast to create the dishes.
Our chef was so lovely, helpful and funny.
The food was delicious, and I would highly recommend

An is the Real Star
An was a fabulous guide and instructor. The class was perfectly paced and easy to follow. We had mango salad, beef rolled in betel leaves, and chicken pho. The setting was adorable, and we each had our own cooking station — it was impressive to be able to cook and eat your own creation.
Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended
Had a lovely afternoon with An, started with a quick tour of the market then went on to her kitchen. We made 3 dishes in total and A served up her homemade yogurt for dessert, all of the dishes were delicious. Also met a lovely bunch of fellow travellers.

Fun time.
Great cooking class. Chief had excellent English. We received a nice Vietnamese cookbook as a gift. I recommend the class.
