Our guide, Sophia, was...
Our guide, Sophia, was excellent: enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and kind. Also, her English was very good. The restaurant exceeded our expectations: beautiful, good food (and plenty of it), and very good service.

Full Day Bus tour Hanoi
I took a full day bus tour and it was excellent. Our tour guide, Son (means mountain) has been a guide for over a decade, spoke English exceptionally, always repeated the numbers such as when he said fifty he would then say 50 which was very much appreciated, and he had a great sense of humor - who could ask for more?

Some things may be closed, check on your own in advance
First the issues: the Mosaleum and the Museum of Ethnology were not included because they are closed on Mondays, so offering the tour on this day is unacceptable-- I could have easily gone on Tuesday instead. The Incense Village was not iRead more

They are extremely organized. The bus arrived on time, our guide, Son, was wonderful! I recommend this tour 100%.
