No es lo que parece
Definitivamente no vas a recibir lo que ves, el crucero esta muy deteriorado y jamás es 5 estrellas, baño mal oliente, la habitación jamás es la de las fotos, habían cucarachas en la habitación.
Por las comidas bien, el anfitrión bien y las actividades fuera del crucero son las que se acordaron y estuvieron bien, pero jamás 5 estrellas.
No eleves mucho las expectativas si tomas este crucero!

しかしお部屋のシャワーは排水が出来ず翌朝までシャワーブースに水が残っている状態だった。
ツアーガイドやスタッフに何度か言ったものの、直して貰えるどころか、直せない事に対しての説明なし。

Sehr schöner Ausflug um die Felsen in der Halong Bucht
Anfahrt aus Hanoi inkl. Fähre zum Schiff dauerte 5 Stunden, ist extrem lange
Die Senior-Suite war wunderbar, die Klimaanlage leise aber leider das Dusch- und Badewasser nur kalt. Sie versprachen den Defekt zu beheben
Absolut super Personal, immer sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Auch dioe Küche war super und das Weinangebot sehr gross

We had a great time on our cruise. Halong Bay is beautiful. Our room was great, the food was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
